Crest Savings Bank Supports Hereford Inlet Lighthouse Trust Fund

Crest Savings Bank is proud to support the Hereford Inlet Lighthouse, which is a unique historical landmark and design unlike any other on the East Coast. As many lighthouses are used strictly for navigational aid on the water, this lighthouse also served as residence for the Keeper. The Hereford Inlet Lighthouse is such a treasured piece of history that it is listed on both the National and State Registers of Historic Places and part of the New Jersey Coastal Heritage Trail. The funds from Crest Savings Bank help with daily operations and maintenance so that the community and its visitors can enjoy a piece of New Jersey’s history.
